“Nice hotel. Expedia messed up the booking the first night I was supposed to stay there, but the staff was great in helping me get a refund and suggesting other places to stay when they didn't have any more rooms. ”

“I will say the staff was nice and friendly, but unfortunately the pictures on Expedia did not accurately reflect the condition of the hotel. Our room had ripped carpet, and the same issue was present in the room of the people we were traveling with. There were also paint stains all over the desk chair. In the hallway, one room number was held up with masking tape, and another was written in marker on a piece of paper, which added to the overall impression that the property was not well……

“The staff was polite and helpful. The pool needed cleaned, we had to request towels, and our room wasn’t serviced during our week stay. ”

“The hotel was conveniently close to I-80. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was good. We especially loved the biscuits!”

“We arrived at the property very late in the evening. When we went up to our room, in was not locked, the door was open (probably from cleaning). Old keys from last gues were still in room, toothpaste in sink, candy wrappers on the floor. We said something to the front desk and they told us they had no other rooms, so they could not move us.”
