“Tommy and Nicole are lovely people and they provide a beautiful respite for escaping the hustle bustle of life. Nicole is an excellent chef and we had the best breakfast I remember having made fresh every morning. Jefferson is a gem of a town and the Benefield is a truly remarkable historical property restored to perfection! ”

“Perfect for a weekend getaway! Just 15 miles from historic downtown Jefferson where we spent the days. Then back to the cabin on Lake of the Pines to watch the sunset on the porch of the cabin. So quiet the only noise was the birds at the water and the squirrels chattering and playing. ”

“Well-decorated home. Very close to town, and many homes in the area are “period” homes. Lots of antique shopping, but make sure to visit the Time and Measurement Museum. Wonderful visit to a great little town. ”

“Beautiful home with so many wonderful antiques and charming appointments. Spacious rooms. Large dining table with many chairs. So many places to gather. A delightful breezeway with ceiling fans and comfortable wicker chairs and loveseats. Many outdoor seating spots and a lovely front porch to gather. We loved the golf cart supplied to go out each night to dinner. Also, the wonderfully landscaped homes in the area were so much fun to drive by. ”
