Our check in was smooth (we found out later it was actually the GM who checked us in), the hotel common areas and room are very clean (and I’m picky about cleanliness), we had a spacious corner room, and the bed was very comfortable. The complimentary champagne at check in was a nice touch. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the hotel left chocolate covered strawberries in our fridge! The on site hotel had a fun and delicious array of tiki-themed drinks and food; so good, in fact, that we chose to dine there for dinner instead of one of Asheville’s Miriam of other hotels. The hotel also offered complimentary transportation, provided by a very sweet and personable driver. "

"The stay was great. The price was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the Breakfast was amazing with real eggs and sausage and pancakes and the check in and out was very smooth. They were doing renovations in the parking lot, but they didn't make any noise during sleep time. Highly recommend this hotel."

Generous room service was nice (lots of towels) and even fun to just people-watch in the grand lobby and listen to the front-desk staff accommodate just about every customer; this place goes above & beyond!
Highly recommend a stay here while in downtown Asheville!

"this was the perfect house for our short stay in Asheville. We really just needed somewhere to sleep at night. This house was perfect. Walking distance to downtown businesses/breweries. A very short drive to everywhere else. The views of the city were nice too. This house has all you need, and we look forward to booking it again!"
