"It’s a nice room "

"Stayed here during the last blizzard, I thought the hotel staff could have been a bit more accommodating considering the circumstances. They closed the breakfast station promptly at 10 even though they knew no one could get out of the hotel and that the entire town was shut down. Not one staff member shoveled the front entrance way, I get it that it’s the job of the plow company to do that but it only would have taken a few moments to shovel the front to make it a bit more easy for people coming in. They did supply dinner from somewhere on the Sunday night which was edible. The hotel needs some general renovations like maybe a coat of paint to bring it a bit more up to date. The 1 elevator that did work was not the cleanest. Overall it was better than sleeping in the truck at the side of the road, but probably wouldn’t stay there again if I didn’t need too."

"This is a fun change of pace for a hotel! Bigby coffee in the lobby (in the U.P.?!?). Updated and unique style. The restaurant is AMAZING. Pool and spa area are a little dated but it was still awesome. I will stay again for sure. "
