"Adequate breakfast, pleasant staff"

"We stayed 2 nights. On the 2nd night we noticed a large water bubble forming on the bathroom ceiling. We noticed staff and they quickly had us change rooms. Very helpful. They couldn’t discount our stay since we had used 3rd party but the manager did bring us a nice gift card. Other than that, our stay was good."

"Feel like everything went somewhat well. Room was nice an bed was comfy. Internet wasn’t really working while trying to connect. When trying to watch tv, it wouldn’t work not sure if it was the service or tv just not working. Feel like there should be soaps for hands instead of bar soaps. "When staying multiple days housekeeping is not provided ( fresh towels, bed made, vacuum, trash emptied). Front desk staff was able to provide some towels, but you was on your own for the rest. Hot tub was broken and unusable."
