"I am 5 feet tall. The bed is too high for short people. There should be a way to heat food in the room. Need drawers for items that don’t need to be hung up like socks and underwear. Complementary hot Tea should be available along with the coffee on the main floor."

"The breakfast was good. It had the same options everyday. Bagels, boiled eggs, and cereal… I like bagels so no complaints here, they were very fresh. The staff was very nice. I subtracted a star because they checked me out of my room prior to my stay ending and gave my room to another guest (my belongings were still in the room)….. when I got back I was unable to get into my room and the receptionist said that’s because someone assigned my room to another guest and gave me a different room, despite my things still being in the room that I was given at check in. I was instructed to check my things for missing belongings…. That should have never happened. "

"Expensive stay but close to many restaurants and the concert venue I had tickets to. Had to pay for parking in the hotel's underground garage, which was $24 overnight. When in room, went to sit on sofa and found a dead bug on the cushion. Bathroom didn't have soap next to sink but a bottle mounted to wall that read "lotion" and was just lotion so had to use body wash from shower to wash hands. Breakfast cost over $20/person so we didn't eat at the hotel. Also found extra charge on credit card but got the run around when trying to call and find out what it was for. Wouldn't stay there again and would never recommend to my friends and family."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a pretty frustrating experience overall. There were several basic amenities that I expected but were not provided—no complimentary breakfast and no WiFi included, which was disappointing. The room itself was uncomfortably hot, and it was difficult to regulate the temperature. On top of that, the hotel seemed overwhelmed due to multiple events happening at the same time, which made the entire property feel chaotic and disorganized. Parking was one of the biggest issues. There was no complimentary parking, and I was charged $25 per car for two vehicles. I was then told I couldn’t pay for a third car (my sister-in-law’s) due to a two-car limit per room. However, the parking gate wasn’t functioning properly, so other guests were coming and going without paying. That made it especially frustrating to have paid around $50 while others parked for free due to system issues. Additionally, the condition of the room and property raised concerns. The bedding was torn, and the lighting fixtures appeared outdated with exposed or worn wiring, which honestly felt unsafe. The hallways were also noticeably dirty. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, especially for the cost. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and considers making improvements—or offering some form of compensation for the experience."

"Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Rockville location on April 24, 2026, with checkout on April 25, 2026. Upon arrival, my guest and I were assigned a room by the night manager, Hameed. Unfortunately, the room key provided to us did not function properly. When I returned to the front desk to report the issue, the response I received was dismissive and lacked urgency or professionalism. This initial interaction set a concerning tone for the remainder of our stay. Additionally, there was a troubling situation where an individual exited the room we had been assigned and was described as “supposedly” an employee. This raised serious concerns regarding guest safety, security protocols, and room assignment procedures. Furthermore, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The overall cleanliness did not meet basic hospitality standards. The bathroom, including the tub area, was visibly dirty, which made the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. Given these issues—specifically the lack of professionalism, questionable security situation, and poor room cleanliness—I am requesting a full refund for this stay. I believe this is a reasonable resolution considering the circumstances. I had initially considered leaving a negative public review; however, I wanted to give your management team the opportunity to address this matter directly. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding how this situation will be resolved."

"Rooms were clean, location was excellent for the College rugby nationals and the front desk staff was outstanding!"

"Easily accessible, clean and friendly staff. The only trouble I had was with the elevators being slow and the doors closing too fast. LOL Just gave me the opportunity to practice patience."
