“The spa, pool area, staff, and decor vibe were amazing!”

“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“The staff was always available and tentative. They were so kind and literally just simply happy and in a good mood like they enjoyed being there! It was such an oasis from normal life and there was always something to do. Our room was absolutely beautiful and they took such good care of us while we were there. We had coffee on our balcony every morning and listened to the chill music playing by the pool before it opened and the fun upbeat music poolside later where we also got delicious drinks.……

“Came for a 3 day tournament. Fit our needs perfectly. Very roomy. Good location. Small odor issue with the dishwasher but other than that, we liked it. May return next year ”
