“Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. As a stranger in this country, I felt warm inside. The staff were quite helpful with other issues such as speed limit policy in Canada, too. Overall speaking, we had a……
