“We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly. When you walked into the lobby it smelled great. The room however smelled terrible. After an hour or so I spoke to the front desk and she moved our room. The 2nd room was a little better but still had an odor and was not very clean. The room was partially carpeted and the carpet looked old and dirty. i have stayed at other dog friendly hotels that were very clean. I don’t know if this is a problem in non pet friendly rooms but I would not stay at……

“The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Que. She went beyond the normal to help us with a couple things. There was another lady there on other nights of our stay that was also very friendly. We enjoyed our stay.”
