“Great location for a leisurely stay in Asheville. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, washer/dryer very convenient. Easy access to several restaurants and coffee shops, food co-op for groceries, breweries. Parking included. The hosts were amazing, before and during. Very good communication! “Our stay at the 306 S&W condo could not have been more perfect to celebrate our anniversary. We were married in Asheville many years ago so we know Asheville fairly well. We love staying downtown and this condo is an ideal location for all the great shopping/dining options Asheville has to offer. The condo was very well furnished with an attention to detail. “This was the best little stay in Flat Rock! We were so close to everything. Everything was clean, stocked, and it was perfect! I would come back and I’d recommend people to stay here. Perfect place to read, fish, and relax! I also appreciate it being pet friendly! Thanks again for having us!”

We appreciated the security of the building and the convenience of an assigned parking space. We even got to see a beautiful sunset on our last evening at the condo!
