“Beautiful small little place to stay next to the beach. I would absolutely go here again!”

“This is now one of our favorite places to stay in Lincoln City. You can drive right onto the beach next to this condo. We spent way more time than expected watching the people drive down here for the sunset each night. Location to shops, restaurants and the Casino are close. The bed was more comfortable than I am used to in a rental.”

“Start off with the trip was really nice but the first night we got here we were gonna cook on the BBQ and it was moldy. Then my friends boyfriend shower and the fan in the first bedroom bathroom coming off the front door stairs didnt run. Then all the chairs on all the balconies were rusty. The was water stains on the sliding glass door off the kitchen. Some of the glass cups and glass coffee cups were dirty in the cupboard also one of the spatulas were chipping plastic and dirty. “The Condo was perfect for our stay. It was equipped with everything we needed to watch the the ocean and watch Seahawks win the Superbowl! We look forward to staying here again”

“We visit LC frequently and have stayed at many hotels, beachfront and otherwise. These condos are very well-managed and in a prime location - one our favorites so far. Great beach access, easy parking, right next to a wonderful restaurant. Our condo was comfortable and well-equipped, although the decor is a little odd - everyone's taste is different😊”

“Everything was great! There was plenty of room for our family of five, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the easy beach access and the amazing view from our balcony. There were also several really good food options within walking distance, which made things even more convenient. The only suggestion I would make is to assign parking spots to each room, as parking can be limited at night. Having designated spots would make it easier to come and go……

“The furniture was very uncomfortable, the bedding full of holes, the Murphy bed was so dirty underneath, the popcorn ceiling was full of dust balls, 2 of the pans we used had food on them upon removal from cabinet. Only good thing, proximity to beach. ”
