"Room was clean, bed very comfy. We don’t like the half door shower they have going on but it looks very nice. I hated the toilets lol. The restaurant onsite didn’t have pepperoni pizza, or beef for the nachos. Also super slow service. The pool was pretty, it stayed in the shade the entire time we were there, which I bet is great when it’s super hot out! From booking I really thought there was going to be more around, or a little walk by the water, it was more industrial though. Definitely a great location to stay the night before your flight because it’s so convenient to the airport. "

"My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being treated more like a walking dollar sign than a guest. The valet parking wanted to charge me $45 just to park the car, which felt completely excessive, especially considering that many parking garages in Miami charge around $10 to $15 per day. The food experience was also very poor. I ordered mussels that were clearly spoiled and had a bad smell. I informed the waiter, and his only response was that he would tell the chef, but no action was taken and no solution was offered. On top of that, when I ordered a coffee, it took an extremely long time to arrive. The pool was another disappointment. It had so much chlorine that it almost felt like there was more chlorine than water, which made the experience quite unpleasant. While a few staff members were polite and treated me well, overall the hotel fee felt extremely excessive for what the hotel actually offers. It seems that what they are really selling is the location on Ocean Drive, because beyond that the hotel does not stand out much and appears to offer more than it actually delivers.And..no..never see the sea"

"I have stayed at this hotel 5 times, rooms are roomy and clean. Also so close to the beach you can’t go wrong. "

"There was hair in the shower when i got there , i have pictures , the shower was wobbly , and the shower wouldn’t work unless you left it running for 20 minutes , the chairs in the room where thick with dust it gave us bumps "

"It was decent, good location. Housekeeping very nice and helpful., Not as advertised, happy hour was a watered down premix in a Dixie cup which I couldn’t even drink. Advertises do on pool deck. There was no DJ there on Saturday when I went up there., after I returned home received a $48 charge on my card. When I called to inquire I finally was able to contact a person after calling 10 times. They were not able to help me, directed me to contact manager who has not responded after 6 days.. "

"Great location, comfortable rooms, great wayer pressure. A good stay, we chilled out by the pool, people watched, and could walk to the beach. "
