“I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room.”

“Even the smallest hotels give two complimentary water bottles. Here, we didn’t get any, and they didn’t even have tap water available downstairs.”
