“Check in was easy. Maintenance arrived on time to move some furniture. They also made sure the back patio was swept clean for the dinner. It was wonderful to be able to set up and stay on site, and then leave it for the honeymooners after the wedding. The only thing we couldn't find was dishwasher soap. “Our group of adults was in Ogden for 5 nights to ski at Snowbasin. We loved the quiet corner location, the two-car garage with two off-street spaces in front of it, and the entry “mud room” which had plenty of room for boots and bags, and a big closet with lots of hangers for damp clothes. The bathrooms are updated, stylish and tidy. The living room is roomy, with big windows. Management sent a cheery welcome email which included the front door code and a video of how to use the lock keypad. But……

“Our Host was amazing and the property showed such attention to detail — I couldn’t say nicer things!! My serious complaint however is with the Expedia/VRBO relationship—I tried for months to extend our stay because we had a family funeral—neither Expedia or VRBO responded even after I called them!!
