“When you pay premium price for a property you expect premium service. The property was not available on time when we arrived, there wasnt any coffee or tea in the kitchen, etc. The property has good views but the overall experience is not worth it.”

“Pleasant, second floor condo on South Shore. Beautiful view of the lake from balcony and short drive to downtown. Currently, the city is working on a bike pedestrian path on the main road, which will help with pedestrian safety. The bathroom and kitchen were adequate but nearing the need for an update. Love the convenience of the washer, dryer and location.”

“Easy check-in, friendly staff, responsive. Property was as described, Issue with mold in washer. They offered to remedy right away. We didn’t want the interruption, so took care of it as best we could.”

“I was so disappointed when I got there. The parking lot was extremely narrow and insufficient, making it difficult to park, and the smell of garbage even came to the entrance. I decided to stay on the first floor in front of the water, and part of the floor was carpet, but there were stains here and there and it looks like dirty. There is no private space because many people are lying in front of our veranda enjoying the sun. Overall, the hotel was too old and not clean, while the price was too……

“Friendly staff, amazing views, walking distance to riverfront parks, downtown restaurants. Quiet, very little traffic noise (it's off season, but still). ”

“Unit was very clean. View up the lake was exceptional. Location to town is easily drivable. Maintenance was responsive to the one small issue we had with a toilet. Downside was no salt and pepper starter pack and limited glass ware.”
