“Room was clean, washroom clean with good shower and water pressure, staff were helpful and courteous. The bed did sag in the centre with 2 sleepers but was not horrible. Amenities were very basic, no place to hang clothing, towels clean and good quality, microwave and fridge but no coffee or tea, no phone in room to contact front desk. For the price this was a very good stay.”

“Room needs lots of updates. No sports stations on TV. Cable system certainly needs to be updated. Check in was standing outside while a window was opened and clip board was passed through. Very impersonal.”

“Dining room was not open which was a surprise. We were charged $100.00 because of a 3rd party reservation. This turned out to be $200.00 of which only $100.00 was credited back to our VISA upon exit. They owe us $100.00.”

“Well maintained and our room was nice, but we did have some frustration during check-in. We arrived around 3:20pm (check in is 3pm), and we were told that it'll be a few minutes while they get our room ready. In all it was over an hour before we got to our room (around 4:30). There was another group ahead of us waiting in the lobby when we arrived, and a few other guests seemed to check in and get a room immediately while we waited. I understand that things happen, but it was a long time to be……

“The hotels rooms are on the older end of things. Window was really dirty from outside making even the sunlight not as appealing. However, inside, the rooms were clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked questions. The biggest pro was the pool was a decent size and the continental breakfast was VERY good. Lots of hot choices (such as pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausages) along with the usual muffins and cold items (cereal). We thought maybe the weekday breakfast would be less……
