“The room was not serviced properly, no cream rinse in the bottle in the shower. Several lights burned out and area was dark. Breakfast was cold. Way too overpriced for what you received.”

“Broken, hair dryer, clock radio, desk. Ripped bed skirts. Headboard fell off the wall. Musty smell. Peeling wallpaper in the room and hallway. Vinyl baseboard trim pulling away from the wall. In some parts none at all Overdo for patch and paint. Detail cleaning especially bathroom neglected. No tub plug. Could not see the room in advance. Could not receive extra towels. Needed to give one to get one.”

“Beautiful property with probably the most welcoming staff I have met in hotel service. A wonderful room with so many useful amenities. Will definitely be staying here again. 35 minute drive to Stratford ON. Well worth staying here and commuting in to see shows rather than staying in Stratford itself. Breakfast is delicious.”

“Rooms are spacious and clean with full amenities and fixture. The balcony allows us to take in the views and fresh air. The staffs are responsive and helpful from booking to check in with our request and questions. We are very pleased with our stay.”
