"They cancelled my order without a call, message or notice. We drove 6 hours and called ahead a couple hours before arrival only to find out they cancelled our stay. Had to quick find a different place to stay. Don't trust their system."

I needed to cancel the day of because of Covid. Hotels.com would not refund unless the hotel management agreed. I believe Latoya was the very kind woman who helped me convince management to issue me a refund. Big thanks to management and Latoya as this booking was for my mother who cannot afford to waste money on unused hotel nights. I will go out my way to sleep here anytime I visit Milwaukee. Hopefully the accommodations match the front desk service.

This hotel has by far been the best I’ve ever stayed in. I felt like I was receiving $1000 treatment for a $400 hotel. I will never stay in another hotel when I come to this area, only this one. Super clean, breakfast was incredible, and the entire building is very beautiful and impressive. Staff was extremely helpful and kind.

It was perfect for what we needed. One overnight stay, the room was nice, the pool clean and the beds comfortable. There's a Perkins right next door you can walk to which was really convenient. Breakfast wasn't the best, but it was FREE.

Alina, Vinny, and the rest of the staff (whose names I didn’t get) were fantastic!! If you’re going to Delafield, you should stay here. When we go back, we’ll absolutely stay here!!

Located in a historical building in downtown Waukasha. Reception a little funky had to go upstairs to 2nd floor . Once we found our room rather like a maze we were pleasantly surprised with a large bathroom. (whirlpool tub plus large shower with 3 heads. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in, even better than home. Room clean and quiet. We would definitely stay there again if in the area beats Hampton and also had complimentary breakfast, omelets even.
