The room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous . My complaint goes to whoever is responsible for stocking the coffee bar. I called the front desk requesting it to be restocked as there were no cups, sugar Saturday afternoon. The desk attendant said to give house keeping 10 to 15 minutes. It was never restocked. My sister went to the desk to ask for a cup for coffee and was told that she could purchase coffee at the bar. The "hydration station" is one of the amenities listed for our stay. Several other guests we met said that they had been there two days and it was never once stocked. Sure enough the next morning it was still empty. I also called ahead of my stay and requested a roll away bed. I was asked to let the desk know upon checking in to remind them to bring one up. I did as requested and the bed never came. This was a unfortunate experience for my sister as i am not a good sleeper. Beautiful hotel, great art and music. Outrageous drink prices $18 for a martini. A bit steep i think. I am rare to complain but this weekend was to be special for us. It was not ruined but those missing details were frustrating.
