"Resort is nice, staff and service was great. Restaurant was very good, great breakfasts. Tasty drinks at poolside bar. Maya beach is a 15-20 min drive down to Placencia village so you need a car or can rent a golf cart to get around. Overall, everything was great, happy with our stay."

"Authentic hotel to stay at. Beautiful. Note, there is a lot of seaweed so you can’t go in the water. Well you can a little on the left hand side. There are a lot of waves. I saw a couple go to the pier and jumped in for their daily swim. Also, the price for diner or anything you purchase at hotel from spa to food or anything else, it’s US Dollars. The other nearby hotels had Belize prices. I ordered ice cream from Roberts Grove and it was $8 US dollars. Hotel nearby charged. Belize dollars which...
