“The room was clean, but there was no complimentary or welcome bottled water. It would also be helpful if the room provided a plastic bag or laundry bag for used clothes. Housekeeping and room service were only provided every two days rather than daily, so our trash piled up. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The only downside was that it could be quite noisy whenever people walked past our room.”
