“We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it……

“Too many ants in the room”

“The main concern is NO sound proof rooms, which means that you don't get any rest at night. You can hear everything inside and out. Second, the location is very inconvenient for getting in/out. On a side note, there is nothing in a walking distance, because there is NO walkway, unless you don't mind getting hit by a car while walking along the HWy 76/ Strip..... We would never stay there again.”

“there was a wrestling tournament at the convention center. kids with no discipline running all over. parents doing nothing. staff letting them run into snack room and handle everything. running up and down stairs while old people just trying to make it down. 1 clerk at check in. took forever. 1 clerk at checkout with a problem in front of the line. parking is not convenient and a bit costly. and a surprise resort fee. that hotel is not close to a resort. will not be going back.”

“The reason for the 3 stars.... We are in our 70s and the room was on the 3rd floor, with no elevator only stairs, I questioned this and no offer of another room. The beds were on long legs so we had to maneuver to crawl into bed , my wife is short. Finally the breakfast was minimal and because of food allergies we could not partake. To others this may not be a big deal but to me it was.”

“After some initial AC issues with our room, we had no other issues. The staff was accommodating and addressed our concerns directly and took immediate steps towards rectifying them. I was very impressed with the staff and would stay at the promenade again in the future. Nice location as well. Very convenient.”
