“We stayed 3 nights and found the apartment quite clean. We are a family of 4. However we were not thrilled with the online check in. I really don't like the idea of uploading sensitive documents like passports on their system or through what's app. And we wish the AC was cooler. Lastly, it would be nice if Actus could print instructions for the stove and blinds etc. Parking was OK in the lower level but we found the residents rude because they park their cars inappropriately making it harder to……

“Not deserve a 4-star and 6Euro city tax per person per night. The staff is neither friendly nor helpful. The room is not as the photo, only the room size matches the description. Like a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Only one lift there. Breakfast is average 3-star. The only thing good is free parking, nothing else. Will not stay here next time if I have other choices.”

When we didn't know how to control the Air conditioning, they were able to remotely set it for our desired temperature from the front desk- really cool technology.
