"We had excellent service. Ian - our evening valet gave us helpful information on where to eat and how to travel. Luis - our taxi driver got us to and from our destination safely. Jorge - our bartender was professional and courteous. His margaritas were spot on! Jesus - checked us in quickly and always greeted us with a smile. A beautiful hotel and I highly recommend an ocean front room at the top floors. The view is spectacular."

"Beautiful “old money” rich hotel! Great location with walking distance to many restaurants, bars. We traveled with a toddler and this hotel is not toddler friendly- no playground or any other place where kids can play. Cute couple retreat but not kid friendly. Don’t waste money on OLA breakfast buffet- awful and very expensive. Pool bar has delicious drinks. We got suit on 11th- beautiful views with sun rise and down."
