“We experienced noise the entire time that we were in the hotel rooms. We went before a funeral in Milano and before the Olympics for our father and our brother who are Olympic athletes unfortunately we weren’t able to rest very much due to the noise in the hotel and around the hotel the staff were amazing and we had a great massages from Valentina. “There are ants inside the toilet. And the shower place is not fully covered so water would spill out which makes the toilet floor very wet. Also there is no lift ,need to climb up stairs to reach the room. Although the host is very kind to come down to pick us up and point us to the room directly, so we don’t need to go higher up to the reception to do the check in. Check in time is strict and reception is not 24 hours open. The view however is amazing, the top floor with the restaurant……
