Horrible customer service

We actually did not stay here. We had to get with management to get the check in info, due to lack of communication with the host. We arrived went to the room, checked out the bed since that’s the first thing we do. The bed frame is bent and could possibly be a safety hazard. Saw a few bugs flying the window. Started to look up some things to do then other parties started arriving. The front door to the property was slamming and noisy. You could hear people outside if your rooms and people above you could hear every nook and crany when walking. No peace and quiet. We decided to leave for the safety of the bed frame and bugs flying.
