“Sent us to wrong address 2 hrs away, then once we called for what we booked they sent us to a dirty room with bugs inside it, false advertising no trees or woods anywhere. No one ever got back or replied we immediately left.”

“The cleanliness was only average. While the room looked acceptable at first, it did not feel as clean or well-maintained as I expected. For the price we paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. The biggest issue happened during the nighttime blackout. The staff was not helpful at all. When we asked for assistance, the front desk simply said there was nothing they could do. There were no backup generators, no emergency flashlights, and no effort to reassure or assist guests during……
