"Joe, the host, was so great to work with! His communication was above and beyond what is expected. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. The amenities were top notch! We appreciated the quality of the room; granite countertops, soft toilet paper, aloe vera sunburn lotion, a fan, coffee maker with coffee and beach chairs with an umbrella. Joe really thought about what guests are looking for in a comfortable stay. Great Experience!"

"It was very clean and cute. Susan was a wonderful host everything was as described. Bathroom is small but thats what is says in the discretion. It serves it’s purpose. But to be as close to the beach as you are for the price this place was perfect. Would stay again "

"I loved this place. It had everything that I needed and the bed was super comfy. I don’t really have anything negative to say about the property. There was a couple with a small child running around upstairs. That was a little disturbing however, that’s not the property managers fault, I guess there’s really not too much you could do about something like that. I would stay here again in a heartbeat was amazing and friendly and honey and mocha made it even better."

"Perfect location for a family with teenage girls! Ocean was just across the street. John’s Pass had a ton of shopping and restaurants and was only a couple blocks walk. We loved the Mexican restaurant next store, Lisa’s Cafe, and Mad Beach Cafe. I especially loved walking the sidewalk over the bridge and watching dolphins from the bridge or the sunset over the ocean from the bridge. Things to know: At first the smaller bedroom in the condo appeared smaller than expected. But when we compared it...
