“I stayed at the loft for UofTampa move in. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Less than 10 min drive to campus which was perfect. 3 mins to one of our favs, Armature Works and 15 mins to all the stores we needed. Lisa, the host was so responsive. I couldn’t beliwve how quickly she responded when I had a couple of questions.Easy parking in building lot. ”

“Awesome. Unit was very clean and well furnished. Lots of towels for the pool and pickleball court right outside. Enjoyed the games they provided.”

“We had a great beach get away. The condo was as described and the location was great. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Communication was responsive. My only suggestion is towel racks or hooks. There was no place to hang towels or wet suits except over furniture or doors. We did use the balcony of course. Other than that, a great stay!”

“We stayed with family in several units on this property and ours was by far the best. It was cozy with that home feel and personal touch from the moment we arrived. All appliances were in working order parking was easy and Gregg was amazing and made sure my family and I were taken care of (since I was stuck working the day we were to check in and arrived later). Pool was clean and had security there to ensure family and kids safety. Easy access to the cleanest area on the beach and just a short……

The only thing that could be improved would be the fact that we could not figure out how the mosquitos were getting in the room, and the water pressure in the shower was lacking. On the positive side the room was adorable, clean, comfortable and the host was kind and helpful!”

“This location was perfect for a family get-together for New Year's Eve...3 generations, three adults, two children and 2 dogs... Close to a beautiful beach where it is walkable if you choose or there is also public beach parking nearby. We would definitely go back to this rental in the future. Andi was great with providing checkin details, bring pets and a providing a pack and play for the 1 yr old. She was very quick to reply with assistance and questions.”

“We loved our stay. Front office staff very kind! Our bayside suite views were phenomenal, plenty of dolphin sightings right from your balcony. Beautiful sunrises out the back, gorgeous beach sunsets in the front of the building. Loved the organization and management of a hotel but yet the functionality of a condo-like suite with full kitchen and bedrooms. Can’t wait to go back!”
