The staff were super helpful (e.g. suggestions, letting us leave our bags when we arrived early), etc. Location was amazing. You are right in the center of everything and all the attractions are relatively close together. The rooftop bar was awesome and we had a great view (with delicious drinks and food) for sunset. “Was disappointed this time around. I spent 4 nights at the hotel and housekeeping never cleaned our room. I told the staff 3 days in a row that we needed towels and a change of trash, and I was told that housekeeping would take care of it, and they never did! I’m not a Karen but i’m extremely disappointed after spending close to $2000 and had to chase staff for work that should be done.
