"Enjoyed the breakfast overlooking the beach."

"The spa was unkept. Green algae was present. They had no hot water for tea and stated they wouldn’t obtain any. The facility is old and only decently maintained. The bathroom tub barely drained. I paid for a no smoking room but there had been somebody smoking in it. I had to text the front desk because the people next to us were smoking on the balcony and it entered our room causing and asthma attack. There were not enough pillows. The housekeeping staff didn’t speak English and dismissed me when I spoke Spanish with them. I will not come back ever again. Nor will I recommend. I wish I could get a refund for my stay. "

"Feet away from a Moonstone beach entrance, this comfy hotel did the trick. The room and property were extremely clean, and their garden was beautiful. There was some noticeable but minor wear and tear I noticed in the bathtub and doorframe to our patio, I’m sure they’ll get to it eventually. The coffee was strong and good, but there were tiny half and half containers, no vegan option. Fortunately I packed oat milk creamer, the three people I heard ask for it (over a few days) were not so lucky, especially as no one made an effort to restock. In general their breakfast wasn’t really for me, some baked goods (tasty but not substantial) oranges, apples, and sugar packed and low quality yogurt and granola bars. That being said, the staff was kind and attentive, the rooms were super cozy, and a good time was had by all."

"This is one of our favorite hotels to go to in the area bc of the front staff friendliness and their free breakfast. Their free breakfast isn't the cheap cereal and milk either. You get a buffet style with eggs, bacon, sausage, lots of options for breads, fruits, and juices. You can even make your own waffles. And everything is fresh! You seriously cannot find these kind of hotels in most places anymore, affordable, clean, friendly and with free breakfast!"

"Room was clean with a partial ocean view. Staff was friendly until check out. Made a simple request to have housekeeping check my room for any damages prior to leaving. Request was denied because housekeeping location was unknown. I didn’t want to be charged for any incidentals or damages after the fact, so I had to locate the housekeeper myself and ask her to check my room. I have stayed here before and was shocked by the check out incident. It is a good place to stay for the price but I will no longer give this place my business. I can’t wait for the Hampton Inn to open…rather pay more for the amenities. Also, don’t rely on your data for the internet…it drags horribly. "
