LAYOUT: A convenient few steps from the parking lot will find you walking through a wooden gate beside the garage through to the cozy furnished paver patio and rear entrance. Walking into the back entrance finds you in a nice tiled "mudroom"/laundry room area great for kicking off shoes and jackets as you walk inside. A full bathroom is just a few convenient steps past the mudroom and down a short hall to the left is the kitchen/living/dining area and to the right is another full bath, a Queen bed room and the King bedroom/ office area. The king bedroom is a relaxing haven with private exterior entry, office nook, stunning tray ceilings and a statement piece for a bed you'll never want to leave. The kitchen stars stunning waterfall island counters, island seating for two a bonus bar sink area and modern glass globe lighting. Bathrooms are boast gorgeous modern tile, glass doors and one even has a double sink and double shower heads making morning prep a luxurious breeze! We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, working, web surfing, conversing or even working. There are exterior entry stairs but none inside the home.
SLEEPING: For sleeping there are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed. A bonus Queen size pullout couch in the living room sleeps two more with plentiful pillows and warm cozy seasonal layers.
KITCHEN/ DINING: For meal time there is an open kitchen/ dining space featuring an dining table to seat 6, complete with place settings, a waterfall kitchen island with seating and generous prep space, plentiful bakeware/ cookware, a gas stove and an outdoor grill for a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs. An extra bar nook features a convenient second sink and extra kitchen storage.
BATHROOM: For bathing there are two beautifully tiled modern bathrooms, one with full tub/shower, the other an oversized full shower starring double sinks and double shower heads! Both bathrooms stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.
LAUNDRY: Full size stackable washer/dryer appliances located in the mudroom area.
RELAXATION: For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with with streaming services apps ready for personal login access.
OUTDOORS: For outdoor enjoyment there is a furnished private back patio perfect for enjoying fresh morning coffee or cozy evening conversation! Property shared outdoor grill available for use.
Guest Access: This is a two unit property. Each individual apartment has its own private secure entry. The entire unit and furnished patio is yours and in no way accessible to any other building occupants. The grill and driveway are shared.
The Neighborhood: This property is located conveniently in a downtown Saratoga Springs neighborhood with on and off street parking. Walking proximity to charming shops, the arts, historic landmarks, infinite dining possibilities, movie theatre and seasonal festivals.
Given the downtown location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs are provided to accommodate guest preference.
Getting Around: PARKING: Park in the lot to the RIGHT of the blue house. Park in front of the garage for 1 car(pull up). Additional free street parking available.
