We have stayed in many Spring Hill Suites but this one was not as well maintained. It was not awful but things were not as clean as most of the other branches. There were stains on the trundle bed mattress in our room and a couple small stains on the comforter. There were several times that there was no one monitoring the desk when we went to inquire about something. The breakfast also was not up to par based on previous experiences. Overall it was average.

I like Springhill Suites for the most part - their rooms are spacious. This one in particular is not in a good area. There must be a homeless encampment near the area. Lots of panhandling in the area. It was convenient to the campground that is 1mile away that family was staying at.

Great for a quick overnight stay. Room was clean and the mattresses were really comfortable. Didn't explore going outside the hotel to eat. Breakfast was pretty decent. No water in the room. No lotion in the bathroom.

Stayed at this hotel first in Oct 2021 and loved it so we decided to stay in it on our way down to FL again. The staff was nice, but we weren't over all impressed with the condition of the hotel as we were last time. In our room there was a sticky substance all over our floor by the couch area and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest. The closet door was also broken and left hanging off the track.

Can't even provide two extra pillows. After knee surgery, I needed to elevate my knee. They gave me two towels - No extra pillows. Overall, the bed pillows were so bad it was very difficult to sleep.
