“We stayed the first week of July 2025 to visit family with my 3 year old son, husband and mom. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone, and would not hesitate to stay again. Our host John, was incredible. He was very responsive. We had a few impromptu minor hiccups, and he immediately resolved any issues. “Matthew was a great VRBO host. Our family had no issues with check in or gate and door codes. The house was very clean and everything you would need was supplied. The beds were comfy. Lots of towels and bedding. We were in close distance to everything we wanted to do. Caught a Sabres game, went to Niagara Falls, walked around some cool areas like Lewiston and Elmwood. Allentown had a lot to offer as well. Had a rain day so went and hung out at the Walden Galleria for a while. We would definitely……

“Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them.”
