“DON'T GO THIS PLACE!!! It didn't say it was a house, it was advertised as a hotel. When I arrived, I had to share the same house with four other families, using the same kitchen and living room! DISGUSTING!!!!! And they charge like a hotel where you have everything private!!!”

“Rooms are dirty dusty. Floors dirty dusty. Garbage full and smelly. Bathroom smells. Bathroom floors dirty. Housekeeping is extremly terrible”

“After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. ”

“Please DO NOT book here. the people in the house were unaware we were staying there. it is a scam. Our room had insulation coming out of the walls making g it nearly impossible to breathe, ”

“I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel”

“The room waa very clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but they could do better with portion size. The eggs looked a little small to me. They need to have more than one server in the morning. There was a guest that waited about 15 min for the person to come out of the kitchen. Also putting barriers out make it look like the area is closed. ”
