“Love the food in the hotel restaurant。”

“Worker lives on site and constant fighting with mate. Police called and their fighting continued. Desk clerk rude and condescending. Terrible place, location and staff.”

“No phones in the room and wasn’t informed of this before they gave it to me. Ordered breakfast room service and never received it. Told manager and nothing was done. Very disappointed in my stay there, however the bar and bartenders were excellent. ”

“My family and I stayed here for a few nights and this hotel did not disappoint. The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, the breakfast, the nightly snacks and drinks were very very good. We will certainly stay here again when in the area. ”

“My favorite hotel in the Cleveland area. Everything about it is 10/10. The staff have outstanding customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub area is very clean and relaxing. Gym is very nice. Laundry facility is extremely useful, I appreciate that it accepts Apple Pay. Good breakfast. Best of all, they have clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. I joke with people and say I wish I could live there, LOL. Really it’s the best - you won’t regret staying here! ”

“The hot tub was great, air conditioner was good and the staff was great. Only con was the water heat up slowly and drain was slow.”

“The property looked good when you enter, but once you look around the place looked worn. Our bathtub was like a bouncy house, which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Looks like water damage on the wood and even the picture hanging above the toilet looked like there was a little water damage. There were also a couple used condoms in the parking lot. The music was blaring in the morning throughout the lobby.”
