"If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! Next day morning we ask for compensation as we cannot use the toilet due to the door can not be closed but got insulting from the woman receptionist. She did not feel it is the hotel problem and repeated to say u will check out today! They speak spain language in front of the guest to insult people i can here what they say a bad word on us. The duvet is wired pls see the photo it is extremely rough and not suitable as a duvet. The cotton towel is dirty it becomes to grey! Not worthy for the price! Far and away from the city centre ! Carpark space is limited u need to park at the residential area not close to the hotel! Horrible hostel! "
