“I would say the best thing about the property was the ocean view and beach. We unknowingly came at a bad time which was the tail end of spring break. People staying at the hotel were not very respectful of others, up late making noise, inappropriate flags hanging from balcony. Hotel was not in best condition, shower kept leaking until we got someone to fix it. Had to get replacement bed sheets when we checked into room. The boardwalk was unstable. “Horrible. The room smelled, people were constantly yelling and playing loud music all throughout the night.”

“The outside bar was ok, rooms were dirty sheets and blankets had stains on them and sheets didn’t fit the bed. Floors was very dirty and garbage disposal didn’t work we had plunge the kitchen sink. The grounds was very clean.”

Never more comfortable spending money like this for what we had! 3yrs late for honeymoon due to liver & 11mo later kidney transplant so finally & it was better than we dreamed! “The location of property is everything of course it’s access to the beach but it definitely needs some upgrading for sure! My shower head thing was coming down the ceiling was puffy as if maybe there’s some leakage issues and parking! Yeah be ready to park in the overflow parking which is across the street ”
