“We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! Wish there were better breakfast options. But overall, the staff was helpful, and rooms were clean.”

“We booked a room with a balcony and it was supposed to be a certain price , I didn’t even notice until we had already checked in and it was late that we didn’t get the balcony , whole reason I paid the extra money. On top of that they charged us an extra 150$ that came off my card after check in . I think this is on both the hotel and Expedia because I had 2 options of rooms one with balcony one with big tub , we wanted the balcony . Oh ya and it was supposed to be on the beach it’s about 7 min……

“There was no hot water, and the hotel was old and dirty！The bed sheet has hair left by previous guests, and it feels like it hasn't been changed”

“The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate……

“This property was very cozy and was easily accessible to the beach and other amenities. It was really clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!”

“We enjoyed our family vacation with Woodspring Suites. It was nice to have the kitchen available for breakfast and preparing meals for beach days. The staff was friendly and the grounds clean. We stayed a full week and enjoyed the laundry facilities being so advanced that we could tap pay and could keep us with minutes on our phones. The price was very affordable and I highly recommend you give them a try. Thanks Nina for your hospitality. It’s nice staying somewhere that you feel they remember……

“The following is an opinion: I have stayed at many hotels in the USA and abroad...for the price charged...try to pay more around the area and get another hotel... (they will charge you for each person after 2 normally if you book online so review the details)...make sure you have every Adult's ID...I have never had to do this ever for a Red Roof or similar hotel...the paperwork and requirements here are a bit silly... it is not a private 5 star luxurious hotel...I really wanted to rate this……

“When we checked into the room, we had one towel. There were no clothes racks for hanging your clothes, no dresser for storing your clothes, a very small TV hanging on the wall, the hot water in the shower did not work correctly, and the room was not clean. Not to mention there was one ceiling light by the door and it was very dim. We had to ask for a lamp to plug-in on the other side of the room so we could see. It was way overpriced for what we got. The amount of trash piled up outside of the……
