“Our first time in Breckenridge, and we had the best stay! The room was very clean. The location was steps from main street, the parking garaga was an added bonus. Another bonus was the views. The property and surrounding areas are so picturesque. Loved this property. Would stay here again! ”

“Lovely property in very convenient location . Hot tub is 7ft approx in diameter and shared with many many guests so not worth noting and told there was going to be basic provisions but other than a little coffee nothing but overall a lovely stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The……

“The location is fantastic, but… we were given incorrect information by Expedia that directed to wrong location for check in. Once sorted, after an hour, only one room key worked and the parking pass was missing. They knew the pass was missing but said nothing. The management company did help once contacted. The front desk is very reluctant to help since this unit is privately owned and managed by a separate company. We felt embarrassed. They told use we are not allowed to use pool towels. No……

“The location is awesome, very centralized. The rooms were cleaned and the staff did a great job. Family friendly, friendly staff. The breakfast packs a little, thy ran out of stuff and didn’t have for replenishing. But otherwise, everything was good . I recommend this hotel ”

“Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel ”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotless, and the Aveda toiletries were a lovely touch. Being able to walk straight to the ski lift was such a bonus. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we’d happily stay here again!”
