"Extremely clean rooms and wonderful staff. The rooms were very small is the only downside that I found. There were 4 of us and wound up getting two rooms after arrival."

"A week’s stay for work that was a clean and welcoming place to return to. Dined a few evenings at the bar and it was always busy (good sign) but the bartender made everyone feel welcome!"

"The location was great. Literally a block off of the highway, 5 miles from Burlington, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were nice...like a studio apartment with a kitchen and living room area. There was plenty of free parking. My only complaint would be that the room smelled VERY strongly of disinfectant or air freshener when I checked in. I am very sensitive to strong scents, so I left the window open to let it air out. After the scent was gone, i could tell that they were trying to mask the odor of cat urine, which was very noticeable. The carpet needs either a thorough shampooing or replacement."

"The rooms were clean, staff was great. It was very quiet and no road noise. The decor is a little dated."
Middlebury Inn

"The location is a great launch point to see smaller towns nearby. Middlebury is a nice town, the inn is charming with friendly staff and a great restaurant. The only downside is the restaurant closes at 8:30 pm however, much of Vermont seems to close down between 5:00 pm and 8:30 pm."

"The hotel was wonderful. I had an excellent dinner, there was ample parking and I made use of the gym, steam room, and sauna. If I'd been there for longer, I would have gotten a massage. My room was very clean and well-appointed. I highly recommend staying here."

"Loved the room, the beautiful courtyard with a firepit, the lobby with fireplace, the free breakfast and later in day, we found cider donuts by the front desk! The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the free Tuesday/Thursday happy hour was wonderful!"
