“I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because the Incline beach that is shown on the listing is not available. The location is across from the beach as stated but you do not have access. I received an email 3 days prior stating that we do not have permission to access as guests. If I would have known, there would have been time to make a reservation at a different beach on a busy weekend. Other than that location and property are great.”

“House rental was amazing. Plenty of room for our group. Loved the hot tub and bonus massage chair. Kitchen was well stocked and bedrooms were very comfortable. We will be back! ”

“Nice location and our host was readily available to address our needs. Our smoke detector was very sensitive when we cooked bacon. Although the range fan and windows were open, smoke detector still went off on both days. A small house was available in one of the spare bedrooms so that was an easy fix. The WI-FI didn’t initially work, but our hist, Chris, quickly got it back online. Snacks and drinks were left for us on the kitchen counter so that was a nice greeting package for our weekend trip.……

“Beautiful condo, but the listing is misleading. It advertises “Incline Beach – 2 min drive” right in the amenities section, but what it doesn’t tell you is that beach is homeowners-only — guests are turned away. If you can’t actually use it, don’t list it as a perk. Also no fan in a place that’s mostly booked during hot summer months, and if you open the window in one of the bedrooms for air, be ready for nonstop noise from birds and a woodpecker outside — made it hard to actually sleep. Nice……

“Needs more kitchen appliances, if you need a place to stay and don’t want/need to use kitchen much, it’s decent. Showers are fun, but make a mess and run out of hot water fast. Have a feeling sheets weren’t washed, but can’t prove it. We had to cut our Tahoe stay due to blizzard short, took our things to Reno and made the best of it. Close to airport. Reno is gross”

“The booking and check-in process was smooth and the host was responsive. The location of the condo was convenient to restaurants and ski areas. However the unit we had was not up to our expectations. There were hairs on bathroom floor, cobwebs in window sills, linens were clean but had many stains, as did upholstery on chairs/sofa. The worst issue was the overpowering Febreeze smell which two guests are very sensitive to. We tried to ventilate by opening windows but one bedroom window did not……

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location is great, the condo was clean and comfortable. A few things stood out that really did impact the comfort of our stay and whether or not we would come back again. We were very disappointed there was not a table and or chairs for the patio, the weather was beautiful, we would have spent a lot of time there, very surprising for a place in Lake Tahoe / Incline Village.The parking was absolutely a nightmare. There are very few parking spaces, we couldn't……
