“Loved having 2 power bars in the room so we had plenty of options to charge devices. Wished the pillows were a little more comfortable”

“I understand you get what you pay for, but this is ridiculous. The rooms were dirty. My child got locked in the bathroom for hours overnight because the bathroom door did not unlock from the inside. I told the staff immediately when it happened the first time they said they would get somebody to the room to fix it because they could not move me by the next morning. No one still came. I had to go two more times. The staff refused to move me, the staff refused to fix any of the other situations.……

“The room was clean the staff wasn’t the friendliest especially the night staff the shower was terrible you almost couldn’t even was yourself off it barely came out my wife tried to take a bath it took an hour to fill up so I ended up using the sink to was my hair. Thank goodness we were just spending a night between traveling. But I brought it up to the staff they just told me that they would have maintenance look at it but I seen in past reviews that it’s a on going problem”

“Everything in the description was the complete opposite. No pool it was closed, no arcade, ac did not work. Staff did not want to assist with at least giving me my money worth of comfort. Overall experience was not good do not stay this place was not kid friendly at all”

“While at this property, my daughter's basketball team had a block of rooms, one room with a dead mouse in it. The GM was quick to apologize and offer a refund as we checked out within the hour of checking in. Also while trying to leave, there was intense rain. The entire entry way of this hotel collapsed and had water every where. I know this property is under new management and I truly hope whomever is tasked with that role can help get this place back in order with the potential it has.”
