“The treadmill in the gym was out of order throughout my stay”

“This was my first time staying at My Place. They are uniquely different from other hotels in the area. It was perfect for my trip and pet. Melissa was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. She made sure that I was familiar with the property and enjoyed my stay. I did enjoy the ‘breakfast in bed’ option, but wished they had pricing along with signage. Other than that, it was a perfect experience.”

“The food at the bar was great and the bar tender let us watch the msrch madness game we were interested in. Breaking looked good but we only got coffee”

“Everyone was very nice but this hotel is very dated. I assumed all Embassy Suites would be nice. Old stained up couch with ripped armrests on it. Literally had foam sticking out of the dirty almost black stained armrests. Shower and tub had rust in it. Just not my idea of a nice hotel. Musty smell. Bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean. Hotel staff were really kind. We didn’t really complain. Not their fault that the place just needs an overall renovation. ”

“Very nice property, great location, good size rooms. Breakfast was OK.”

“The property is in bad shape. Card key entry doors are unlocked and don’t require a card key. Furniture in the room was falling apart. Linens and towels were old and dingy. Used washcloth still hanging on the shower curtain rod from previous guest. Bathroom sink had hairs from previous guests. Wallpaper was peeling in the room and bathroom. Holes in the bathroom wall where towel rack was repositioned or repaired but not patched. Glass in the bedroom window cracked and weather sealing peeling……

“Combination of Expedia not allowing me to change an error in initial reservation, to when checking in being told we no longer had a reservation, along with being charged for the one night booked in error to having to pay double for the ONE night we needed the reservation for. Long story, changed 3x for a room for ONE night. Felt as is we were flat out lied to when checking in saying there were no more rooms available because we didn’t check in on the night I booked in error therefore our “2nd……

“Nice clean hotel! Interior(Lobby, hallway, rooms) is a little dated, but well kept. Will stay again”

“The breakfast was very good. Customer service was great. Whoever the room floor wasn’t very clean it was so sticky. I had to cleaned the floor with a wet paper towel to get the soap off. The bathroom needs some touch as well. Overall it was ok. ”

“I stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lubbock during a very busy weekend while George Strait was in town for his big concert and I have to say, they handled the surge of guests extremely well. Even with the hotel fully booked and the city packed, the staff remained friendly, professional, and organized. Check-in was smooth, and you could tell they were prepared for the high volume of visitors. That kind of efficiency during a hectic weekend really stood out. The room was clean,……

“parking was fine. staff said they were going to clean bathroom but nobody ever showed up. Room i paid for wasn't available and had to pay more for another. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. paid more for a room with BUGS all over the bathroom sink and counter. just a bad experience. ”
