"I have mixed feelings on this property. ProsCleanEasy check in/check outDecent bedsConsIt had the absolute bare minimum of everything. Not a single extra blanket or pillow. The bath towels they provided are pretty bad! They are awful, very thin. We stayed for 4 nights, and they provided 6 towels for three people...and said we weren't allowed to use the washer The kitchen was NOT fully stocked. It might be ok if you're staying for one night, but if you're staying for multiple days and plan to cook, bring your own stuff as they have very little in the kitchen. The VRBO description is highly misleadingNo cleaning supplies at all. They tell you you're not allowed to use the washer and dryer, unless you're there for a week. The living room couches are so uncomfortable. It's way out on the outskirts of Lubbock, and probably about as far from TTU that you can get "

"The space was great for extended family staying together. The beds seemed firm at first but were quite comfortable throughout the night. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed a fire in the outdoor fireplace."

"The host was welcoming We had all our check-in information early and the host followed up with us the day before. The house was perfect for our stay during December graduation for Texas Tech. We enjoyed local shopping and restaurants, and played board games in the kitchen. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The Christmas tree was a special added touch as we hadn't all been together since my daughter's wedding almost 8 months earlier. Thank you for your hospitality! "
