Our host was amazing and responsive, check was very easy and the property wonderful and is in a great neighborhood perfect for 6 people and most importantly for us, away from Lubbock proper but close enough to do all the things we needed/wanted to do. "We reserved this location forA concert and paid super premium price for what it is. Despite that, management group would not permit later checkout and eventually provided 30 min later after going around and around. With respect to property, it was clean and nice but certain areas where badly worn (baseboards) and master bed was terribly hard and uncomfortable. Would recommend for average rate (300/night) but not premium rate (1400/night) for events."

"Spacious, well appointed home with great location to attend events and gatherings in the Lubbock area. The heated pool was a wonderful way to relax after long days. The back yard is very peaceful and has plenty of room for a group to relax. Hosts were wonderful and had everything cleaned and ready for my arrival in short notice. Their responses were quick and accommodating. 3 car garage provides plenty of space for secure parking and ease of loading/unloading. Large kitchen is perfect for preparing any meal, and there is plenty of seating at the kitchen bar and dining room table. Layout of the home offers plenty of space to gather as well as privacy in bedrooms while others may remain in living room area. Linens and toiletries provided which was nice. Great space to relax and do some remote work as well. Even the laundry room is spot on with the folding counter to make the task easier. Highly recommend for those needing convenient location to Lubbock and desiring comfortable space to unwind."

"I have mixed feelings on this property. ProsCleanEasy check in/check outDecent bedsConsIt had the absolute bare minimum of everything. Not a single extra blanket or pillow. The bath towels they provided are pretty bad! They are awful, very thin. We stayed for 4 nights, and they provided 6 towels for three people...and said we weren't allowed to use the washer The kitchen was NOT fully stocked. It might be ok if you're staying for one night, but if you're staying for multiple days and plan to cook, bring your own stuff as they have very little in the kitchen. The VRBO description is highly misleadingNo cleaning supplies at all. They tell you you're not allowed to use the washer and dryer, unless you're there for a week. The living room couches are so uncomfortable. It's way out on the outskirts of Lubbock, and probably about as far from TTU that you can get "
