“Bugs in room specifically in bed comforter. Pool under maintenance, breakfast no meat options non pork eater here. Staff tried to accommodate but mentioned the third party reservation so it wasn’t nothing they could do. I know to go directly through the hotel paying top dollar for mediocre is insane ”

“Breakfast and coffee were good. Staff was unfamiliar with “new” computer system, so took very, very long to get checked in. Was given handicap accessible room, (not requested) where bathroom fixtures were not secure in the wall, and curtains not secure on tracks. ”

“The hotel was clean and quiet. The issue with our stay was that we needed a cot and before the booking, they had clearly stated they offered cops for free. Again after booking, I read that kites were free upon request. We needed a cot as our children do not sleep well together. The manager on duty told me that they do not give out air mattresses anymore because it is a fire code violation. I did not ask for an air mattress, I asked for a cot. Apparently the hotel needs to figure out its policies……

“Good breakfast. Bed firm but comfy. Strong shower and nice toiletries, although shampoo and conditioner smelled odd. Main issue was room readiness and amenities - we were told our room was not ready on arrival and would have to be cleaned, but then it was magically ready in five minutes. Room looked clean but there was no blackout curtain, with a room facing the parking lot. So we had to go out and buy sleep masks to get a good night’s sleep. Other than issue with check in, staff was nice.……

“After checking in at 11:00 pm after a long day of driving all we wanted was a little television and a comfy bed. The tv in our room did not work. After talking to the front desk in the morning we were informed that a whole section of the hotel was with out tv. First question to them was why were we not informed at check in (they already knew),or put in a different section of the hotel were our traveling companions room was. When asked for some sort of compensation they said they couldn't do……

“Our stay was not what we expected. The indication was that there was an outdoor pool. Since the temperature called for a couple of days above 80 degrees we looked forward to the pool, but were only informed that it was still closed since Covid. We also expected a free breakfast, however we were informed on arrival that they also had not offered breakfast since Covid. This was not the stay we expected.”

“It was really good. I will recommend this when I go back to Nashville.”

“Dated but clean. AC was a little hard to control. Needs a few cosmetic touch ups in the room. Pool was excellent. Warm, 3-5 ft deep. Brekkie was decent esp on Monday ”

“Great location to bars and restaurants. Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. ”
