"The clean and fast check in, so welcoming. The walk to the room was beautiful. The rooftop ,garden view with private pool was spectacular. The aroma of the entire suite was matching the vibe just beautiful. Very spacious,clean, well thought out suite."

"New hotel, very clean and family friendly. The lobby was initially hard to find (driver had to pull under ramp and signs were lacking). Easy check in and hotel responded several times to answer questions and confirm room prior to arrival. We loved the pool area and the restaurant. We had dinner (the best pizza) and drinks (try meztcalita) Excellent food, drinks, and service. Bed was on the harder side, but pillows were great!"

"The rooms were beautiful and very spacious! The amenities and staff were outstanding. The only notes we have, are that the beach is further away, the rooms often felt sandy from the sand surrounding the pools. They could do a better job at cleaning the rooms, though the overall experience was amazing! "

"We had a fabulous time celebrating my 60th with my best friend at Tulum! Erik, Danny, and all the entertainers were so much fun! The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Unlimited. The staff was outstanding - friendly, helpful, attentive to every issue. We had read some less than complimentary reviews but had no issues whatsoever. The room was spacious, super clean, king bed was comfortable, there were lots of comfy pillows. The free breakfast was better than expected - made to order, a nice portion, good choices, tasty. One thing: don't expect a shiny glass tower - this place is rustic beach vibe, thatch roof, concrete floors. It is very well maintained. Security is tight, they will park and guard your car. We plan to return in the future. "
