"Old and smell has not been renovated for a long time the picture do not look the same rugs were dirty. door had holes. There was ants all over the room. Hotel is not in good condition."

"Things we had to ask for: 1) a clean pillowcase because one looked like it had a bloodstain on it. 2) a second roll of toilet paper. 3) more shower wash. 4) coffee that wasn’t decaf at the complimentary breakfast, which they turned out to not have 5) access to our room because they only gave us keycards for one day instead of the two we had booked. All of these things have happened to me on other trips and I never bother writing bad reviews for those hotels because the staff was always fine at worst and apologetic and helpful at best. Not so, here. The staff was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them any time we had to interact with them."
