"We have stayed at many four star and five star hotels throughout the world. The Loden Hotel should be reclassified from a four-star hotel to a five star hotel. We were especially impressed with the international staff and how accommodating they were. To the point, when I mentioned that our bed mattress has seen better days we had a new mattress in our room within two hours. We highly recommend the Loden hotel when visiting Vancouver."

" Comfortable bed, good chairs for reading. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Great location. Our only issue was that the A.C made loud, clunks when it cycled on and off, and the toilet ran continuously if we didn’t jiggle the handle. We decided to live with it, but hotels often overlook maintenance. Otherwise great place. "
