“Horrible host! Host contacted us prior to arriving that the previous party had broken the bed but it would be a box spring and mattress on the floor. He gave us an option to either get a full refund and stay somewhere else or he would give us half refund when we checked out. We choose to stay and get half refund when we checked out as we were 13 hours away from home. We arrived at the location and come to find out it was a little mattress on the floor. Board games were broken or missing pieces.……

“The people on the desk(Lovie) did there level best to help us. I am not neccesarily a picky person, willing to overlook a lot. But, the first room by a mistake was not non smoking, and reeked beyond what Febreze could handle, second room was some what better, except the drain in the shower would not drain, the third room, the shower worked, quite shabby,worn out comes to mind, the bed was made up, pillows missing pillow cases, had to go request towels..The pool was not open and looked very……
