“Clean but bed hard and pillows lumpy”

“No lights in the hot tub, hot tub was dirty. Chair in the room was stained. Breakfast signage said it was available until 11, but before 9am it was being put away and when we tried to communicate that to the staff putting it away, we were unable to communicate our questions. ”

“The property location was nice – away from the hustle and bustle, but conveniently located a short drive from anywhere you might want to go. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room kept us cool while it was running, but the room got very warm between cycles. The price of our stay was very good compared to other properties we considered. We would absolutely stay again.”

“Our room was absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfy as were the couches and chairs. The kitchen was the perfect size. The pool was nice, clean and the water temperature was perfect. The little 9 hole mini golf was enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so……

“The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though.
