The hotel is a bit run down and outdated. We had reserved a "themed room" and received a call that the lock broke on the door of the theme room and they would have to put us in a "Standard" room, at the same price, did not offer any discount or anything for not getting the theme room that we had reserved. Breakfast is the same everyday, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, yogurt and stale bagels. There was some sort of altercation outside of our hotel room at about 1:00 AM in the morning, while the hotel can't necessarily control what their guest do, they could have and should have cleaned up the blood left behind from the altercation on the concrete right outside our door and leading all the way down the stairs and all the way to the front of the hotel, blood was on the stair railings where someone not knowingly could have put their hand in it. This is a biohazard concern for the other hotel guest and should have been cleaned up before other guest encountered it. There was also loud noises from the plumbing coming from adjoining rooms all night and day."
